Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2016, around 02:15, the Defendant: (a) started from the roads near the Gyeongpo-dong, Mapo-dong, Changwon-si, the Central Mapo-dong, Changwon-si; (b) driven BM5 passenger cars under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 500 meters in front of the fluoral road located in the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.104% in blood.
