Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is between the victim D (n, 50 years of age) who operates a restaurant "C" in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and approximately two years of teaching.

Around 12:00 on July 15, 2012, the Defendant was investigated by the police due to assault, etc. that occurred on the new wall on the same day, and found in the above restaurant, and expressed the victim and the restaurant employees a large voice to “n't go to the police station by making a report of Nene.
