Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant D is the representative director of Nonparty F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) for the purpose of real estate sale and purchase, sales agency business, etc., and Defendant E changed its trade name into “Co., Ltd. I” on July 15, 2013 for the purpose of real estate sale and purchase, rental business, etc. from November 24, 2009 to June 7, 2012.

In addition, on February 15, 2010, Plaintiff A and B purchased each land in the attached Form 6 to F from Nonparty F in KRW 114,013,200.

C. From Nonparty G, on May 28, 2010, Plaintiff A purchased the land indicated in Section 9 of the Attached Table No. 110,000,000, and Defendant B acquired the land listed in Section 10 of the Attached Table No. 10 on June 24, 2010, respectively.
