When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a body car with approximately 300 meters alcohol level B while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.272% from the 300-meter section to the front day of the pregnant month located in the village of the same Eup/Myeon from the literature high school located in the Dong Ri of the Seodaemun-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on November 18, 2015.
