1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 30,540,894 Won and this shall apply.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On June 21, 2018, the Plaintiff concluded each of the following lease agreements with the Defendant.
1) The lease deposit amount of KRW 30,00,00, monthly rent of KRW 1,900,00 (additional tax rate of KRW 12% per annum, delay damages calculated on July 9, 2018 to July 8, 2020) and the lease term of KRW 35,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,30,000 (additional tax rate of KRW 12% per annum, delay damages calculated on July 9, 2018 to July 8, 2020) with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph 2 of the attached Table of the attached Table is leased. (2) As to the real estate listed in paragraph 2 of the attached Table, the lease term shall be determined and leased from July 9, 2018 to July 8, 2020.
As of August 8, 2019, the Defendant delays the monthly rent and late payment penalty for real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 12,654,559, and the monthly rent and late payment penalty for real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2. 17,886,335.
C. The Plaintiff terminated each of the above lease agreements to the Defendant on the grounds of the delinquency in payment of three or more rents, and sought delivery of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, payment of overdue rents, and payment of rent from August 9, 2019 and unjust enrichment equivalent to rent.
