A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for three months.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall infringe upon author's property rights or other property rights protected pursuant to the Copyright Act by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lending, or production of derivative works.

1. Around February 16, 2019, the Defendant distributed via the “B” website access the Internet “B” website to the Internet “D” site at his/her own residence located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, and then opened the video work “E” as its business without the consent of the copyright owner, and if another user who is granted the said images pays points (one point per one point) on the “B” website, one half of the points paid as above was accumulated.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed on the author's property right of others by means of distribution for profit purposes.

2. The Defendant distributed via a “F” website around February 16, 2019, connected the Internet “F” site to the “G” site, and opened up a dynamic image, “E” and “H” video, a video work, without the consent of the copyright owner, and if another user granted the said video to the F “F” site, he/she was set aside half of the points paid as above.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed on the author's property right of others by means of distribution for profit.

3. Around February 17, 2019, the Defendant distributed via the “I” website connected the Internet “I” website to the “I” website and opened up the “E” image, a video work, without the consent of the copyright owner, and if another user who is granted the said image pays points (one point per point) on the I” website, one half of the points paid as above was accumulated.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed on the author's property right of others by means of distribution for profit.

4. The Defendant’s distribution via the K site via the Internet at the place specified in paragraph (1) around February 22, 2019.
