2. 피고인은 2014. 10. 9. 경 불상지에서 위 ‘ 씨 온 ’에 ‘ 너를 위해 수개월 간 헌신하며 너를 먹여 살려 주신 네 생명의 은인인 여성분을 한순간에 매춘을 하는 창 녀라며 걸레고 폄하하고 식당 주방에서 일한다 하여 직업을 비하하는 너의 저질스러운, 아니 그것은 악마나 할 수 있는 상상할 수 없는 악행이 닷!!! 너는 그렇게 폄하한, 네 가 천하게 매도한 식당 일을 하며 너 개월 간 그녀가 먹여 살린 거다.
