A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a car at C SP.

On July 11, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 08:00, while driving the car with alcohol concentration of 0.110% during blood, and driven the road of 5 lanes near the 402km adjacent to the Gyeongnam-gu Gyeongnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, with two-lanes of speed 60km at the beginning of the new quarter in Seoul.

Since there are many kinds of vehicles driving on an expressway in high speed, there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by accurately operating the steering system and steering gear.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of being negligent in driving while driving, the Defendant: (a) took the back part of the victim D (20 cc) which the Defendant was driving before the vehicle; (b) took the front part of the Defendant’s HG car; and (c) caused the shock, the Defendant got the victim F (58 cc) car driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by the above occupational negligence; (b) inflicted injury on the Victim H(s) who is a passenger of the passenger car HG, on the part of the victim, the victim D, and the franchise, on the part of the victim H (V, 20 years old); (c) the victim F, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment; (d) the injury of the victim F, on the part of the victim I (V, 53 years old); and (e) the injury of the victim, the passenger of the car hye bus, such as the victim J (58 years old); (d) the victim K (52 years old); (e) the victim’s L (n), the victim’s M (n), the victim’s 51 years old; (e) the victim’s 58 years old, the victim’s 51 years old and 51 years old; (e) the victim’s 51 years old and 53 years old, the victim’s 513 years old and 53 years old, respectively.
