The defendant is a person who has operated a sports marina business with the trade name of "C" in the Gu of Changwon-si in Changwon-si.
From August 3, 2015 to February 17, 2016, the Defendant installed 7 marina rooms, shower rooms, and sash rooms in the said business establishment, employed two female employees, and directed them to the head of the said business establishment after receiving 80,000 won per person from unspecified male who found the said business establishment for the cost of marina and commercial sex acts, and leading them to the head of the said business establishment, and arranged the said female employees to engage in a similar act to see the sexual organ of male customers by hand and sacing them.
