Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on June 20, 2008, and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a night room intrusion larceny at the Daejeon District Court on January 20, 2012, and on June 20, 2013, the Seoul High Court sentenced the Defendant to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul High Court on June 20, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 30, 2016.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On January 28, 2017, at around 06:00 to 09:20 on January 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim C, at the victim C’s house located in Pakistan; (b) obstructed the entrance glass door; and (c) caused gas sprayers (KAIS MDA-7, the market price of 1.40,000 won) owned by the victim on a small west. On January 28, 2017, at around 10:0, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the Victim G house located in H on January 28, 2017, at around 10:0, with an open door; (b) brought a son-type gas gun (market price of KRW 99,00) owned by the victim; and (c) a knife T-type gas gun (market price of KRW 50,000) located in a knife bag. On January 28, 2017, the Defendant carried the knife-type gas gun (market price of KRW 50,00) owned by the victim, which was in front of the knife, and carried the knife-type gas gun. (d) On January 28, 2017, the Defendant had the knife-type gas gun.
