Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 700,000 won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on May 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won by the Busan District Court Branch Branch Branch of the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court on the same crime, and violated the Road Traffic Act on two or more occasions. On October 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for imprisonment with labor for the same crime at the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court on the same date, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 18, 2018.

On July 8, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.105% from blood transfusion around 23:56 on July 23:18, 2018, driven a car with approximately KRW 3 km Bmecin off from the front day of the Pungdong-dong in Busan Dong-dong to the front day of the Pungdong-dong in the same Gu-dong.
