Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for up to eight months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the Defendants are above two years from the date of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 20, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business at Daejeon District Court on October 10, 2015 and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 28, 2015.

[Criminal facts] No person shall make a transaction by credit cards or have another person do so on his/her behalf in excess of the actual sales amount by pretending the sale of goods or provision of services, etc., or by means of financing, arranging or arranging such financing.

Nevertheless, Defendant A notified those who wish to provide financing through false goods through F, made it possible for Defendant A to pay credit cards as if Defendant B purchased low-priced goods in the open market operated by Defendant B in the open market, and made a false sales slips, and offered an amount of money less than 30% of the fee per 30% to the above credit card settlement party at the time of financing.

Accordingly, between July 15, 201 and December 6, 2011, the Defendants: (a) at the “G office” office located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) even though I did not sell infant diapers to I, I would like to purchase infant diapers equivalent to KRW 2,413,135 using a credit card at the “Internet site,” the Defendant prepared a false sales pre-sale table by suggesting that I purchase them using a credit card; and (b) granted loans of KRW 1,616,80,00 after deducting a loan fee of KRW 30% from July 15, 201 to December 6, 201; and (c) made a request for a loan of approximately 213 persons from around 15, 2011 to December 1, 2011; and (d) made a request for a loan of approximately 36,316,370 and 2700 won; (d) made a request for the remainder of the loan 20.
