1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by C.

Plaintiff

Class A is an organization consisting of D 23 large E as a joint group for the purpose of good faith service, etc.

The lawsuit of this case was filed by C, which is indicated as the representative (chairperson) of the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is a clan which is an unincorporated association.

A lawsuit filed by an unincorporated association shall be lawful by a person who has a legitimate representative authority.

The evidence presented by the Plaintiff alone cannot be recognized that C is a legitimate representative of the Plaintiff clan.

The lawsuit of this case brought by C, who is not a legitimate representative, is eventually brought by a person without authority, and thus dismissed.
