Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (n, 43 years old) are related to each other.

1. 특수 폭행 피고인은 2018. 1. 23. 19:10 경 김포시 C에 있는 피해 자가 운영하는 ‘D 주점’ 내에서 피해자가 다른 남자 손님과 함께 술을 마시고 자신에게 소홀히 대한다는 이유로 화가 나 피해자를 향해 위험한 물건인 유리컵과 철제 의자를 집어던지고 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 수회 때리고 발로 피해자의 몸통을 수회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous goods, glass cups, and metal chairss, and assaulted the victim.

However, the crime of this case is highly likely to be committed by carrying dangerous objects in a restaurant where other customers are located, and committing considerable time violence.

The defendant has the same criminal history.

In addition, the punishment shall be determined by comprehensively taking into account the following factors, such as the defendant's age, occupation, sex, family relationship, living environment, circumstances leading to the crime, and circumstances after the crime.
