A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2012, at the entrance of the building south-gu B at the early port around 16:00, the Defendant openly obscene acts more than 12 times from February 2012 to April 6, 2013, including: (a) unloading female students who walked on a road to get out of her sexual organ; and (b) taking out her sexual organ; and (c) committing self-defense.
