A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3,50,000 as a fine for a violation of road traffic law at the Changwon District Court's Changwon District Court's smuggling on October 23, 2015, and a fine of KRW 3,50,000 as a fine for a violation of road traffic law.

On January 24, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on a motor vehicle, driven a vehicle with approximately one kilometer B rocketing B string in front of a large apartment located in the fluor of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Kimhae-si, with a level of alcohol content of 0.051% in alcohol during blood.

As a result, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision, while driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.
