1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the first floor of the building listed in the annexed sheet, each of the specifications indicated in the annexed sheet shall be as follows:

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);

3. As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the portion in excess shall be recognized as 20% per annum from August 15, 2015 to September 30, 2015, the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
