1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 771,917,808 and the interest thereon from February 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Description of Claim

Under the investment contract with the Defendant Company, the Plaintiff invested KRW 70 million in accordance with the investment contract with the Defendant Company, and the Defendant B, a joint guarantor, seeking payment of KRW 771,917,808 (i.e., the amount to be refunded at KRW 71,917,808), or (ii) payment of KRW 857,546,782 (=payment of KRW 47,63,752 (investment amount - KRW 77,475,496) of the amount to be settled and the amount to be reimbursed at KRW 475,475,966) as a result of performance of the obligation to return the balance of the sales price and the amount of the production cost under the investment contract.
