Punishment of the crime

On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the fact that the victim B was lost, from a person who was unable to know his name on the street in front of the achieved Park, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 35 on the street; (b) was aware of the fact that it was a stolen, and (c) acquired stolen property by acquiring money from a person who was unable to know his name on the street.
