On July 24, 2013, at around 02:21, the Defendant driven B-learning car volume with approximately 5m alcohol concentration 0.241% under the influence of alcohol while driving around the restaurant, 53-3's 'Woo-dong 53-3' 'Woo-dong, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si'.
