Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 00:10, and did not intend to engage in a field practice in C 1 room located in the Daegu Seo-gu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, and requested for assistance. As such, the Defendant took measures to enable the Defendant to enter a room No. 1 room for the victim D (the victim, who was an employee of the Kag-gu, and 20 years old), who was an employee of the Kag-gu, to start the game along with a description of the Kag-gu.

Then, the Defendant got out of the damaged party with a view to a defect that he tried to go out of, and caused a view to the victim’s negative part once.
