Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2017, from around 14:30 to 14:40 on the same day, the Defendant drinking alcohol at D stores operated by the victims C.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, ordered an additional drinking to the victim, but was rejected by the victim, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force between about 10 minutes and thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by keeping the disturbance by pushing the beer, beer, beer, beer, bet, etc. in his/her hand.
