Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around May 31, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) (hereinafter “Dangerous Act”), while under the influence of alcohol by 0.162% of the blood alcohol concentration, was driving the EMW car in the direction of the mother city and driving it along one lane between three lanes in the direction of carbon in the direction of the mother city.
