Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.

On March 16, 2013, at around 20:20, the Defendant proceeded bypassing the first line of the road, which is located in the low temperature of the Sinsan-Eup farming cooperative and the first line of the front, in the direction of the Sinpo-ri rock.
