Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 31, 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 150,00 in return for sexual traffic to D (V, 14 years of age) known through smartphone-making type C at the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si, 101, Annsan-si, Masan-si, the Defendant provided sexual traffic once by paying KRW 1.5 million in return for sexual traffic.

2. On February 10, 2017, the Defendant paid 150,000 won in return for sexual traffic to the above D at the above place, and engaged in sexual traffic once.

Summary of Evidence

1. A protocol concerning the examination of the police officers of the accused;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes on police statements made to D;

1. Article 21 (1) of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Mediation of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., concerning facts constituting an offense and Article 21 of the Act on the Punishment of such Acts;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
