A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, from around September 201, refused to offer a re-intercom with the Defendant, the Victim D (Woo, 42 years old) who was in a relationship with the Defendant from around September 201, had been in a fluent relationship with the Defendant, and purchased two blades (21cm in the blade length of the day) at the home flus shop located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, on December 24, 2015.
