On July 24, 2018, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 20 meters alcohol level 0.203% under the influence of alcohol level 0.203% from the road located in Southern-dong, Southern-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, 471-1, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul-dong, to the road located in 17, South-dong, Southern-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.
