On February 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic by making female employees D, who are waiting to receive KRW 80,00,00 as the expense for marinas and similaritys from the control police officers who pretended to be customers, to see the sexual organ of customers in his/her hand; and (b) allowing them to engage in sexual traffic.
