1. Defendant Kim Jong-si shall be the Plaintiff’s share of KRW 1/10 of the real estate, KRW 2, and KRW 3 in the attached list.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The details of changes in the registration of ownership of real estate 1) through 4 real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “land 1 through 4”) or “land after the instant division” indicated in the separate sheet.
) The original Kimpo-si is 415 square meters (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”).
2) On January 15, 1976, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the land divided by the Plaintiff. The land before the division was registered as owned by the Plaintiff. 2) On January 22, 1968, the land before the division was registered under the name of Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant E, Nonparty E, Non-Party U (Death October 2, 1979) and Non-Party RV (Death on January 19, 1978). The registration of ownership transfer was completed on February 28, 1967 in the name of Defendant FF (hereinafter “Defendant clan”) under the name of Defendant FF on February 13, 1976.
Since then, the land before the division was divided into the land 1 to 4, and the land 1, 2, and 3 were divided into the land 1 to 1/10 shares in the name of the defendant Kimpo-si on July 12, 2005 due to the acquisition of public land on July 12, 2005 (the date of July 4, 2005), each registration of ownership transfer was completed with respect to the 9/10 shares in the name of the defendant Kimpo-si Corporation (the name of the Gyeonggi-do Si Corporation from the Gyeonggi-do Corporation on December 3, 2007 to the Gyeonggi City Corporation) and the land 4 remains in the name of
