A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) paid money to the above E at the above office of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D D D Building 606-1; (b) informed that he received money from the above office of “C” site of “F” in the Internet advertisement to manipulate the order of the results of the NV integrated search; and (c) contacted with the ID of the above site; (d) sent the Defendant’s “G” page managed by the Defendant’s customer; and (e) sent a false character information to the NV search system on a regular basis, regardless of the fact that the Defendant’s search by the NV site users “H” and actually visited the above black bulletin page immediately after the search. However, as such, as if the users searched the above search by using the search ranking program, the Defendant periodically sent the false character information to the NV search system.

In addition, from June 11, 2016 to June 11, 2016, the NVV search system had users recognize the statistical data as if they visited the posts 2,874 times, and had users recognize the order of search results by using the order manipulation program of the above "F" site 28,049 times in total, and sent NVV search system as if they actually visited the above posts.

The defendant, in collusion with the above E and the above clients, shall enter false information or improper orders into the information processing device, such as computer, or interfere with data processing by other means, and shall search the users' search and visit.
