Punishment of the crime

1. No one, other than Marine, shall establish a massage place;

The Defendant, without obtaining the recognition from the competent Mayor/Do governor, set up a massage room in four rooms with the trade name of "E" on the D 1st floor of Gwangju City from September 2012 to July 18:00, 2013.

2. The Defendant received 40,000 won from customers and 100,000 won in a telegraphic paper, without obtaining the recognition of qualification for a massage club for profit at the above date, time, and place.
