Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On May 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating road traffic law in the Dong branch of the Busan District Court of the Busan District, and on August 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating road traffic law (driving), and on July 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 6 months for a year of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violating road traffic law (e.g., refusal of measurement) at the Dong branch of the Busan District Court of the Dong branch of the Busan District Court of the Busan District Court of the District Court of the Republic of Korea on January 26, 2018.

[2] On January 31, 2018, at around 08:35, the Defendant driven a bicycle, a motor device, under the influence of alcohol level 0.089% without a motor bicycle license, at a section of about seven kilometers from the front of the Defendant’s house located in the Busan-gun, Busan-gun, to the scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic ebb.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
