A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around June 21, 2016, the Defendant was driving a D U-Adi vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 10km from the road prior to the “phishing first” 1869-5, a long-term period of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, to the “C” road in front of the oil station in the same city B.
