Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2017, the Defendant driven Dex vehicles at approximately 100 meters in the section of 100 meters from the vicinity of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Gambro, to the front way of the 50-ro culture center in the same Gangseo-gu 50-gil, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.135% during blood transfusion.
