A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the prosecution against each of the assault and intimidation is instituted.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 29, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in the Daejeon District Court’s Support for the Incheon District Court. On April 27, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence in the astronomical Prison.
