1. Defendant I: 5,00,000 won to Plaintiff A and 5% per annum from April 6, 2011 to July 17, 2012.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. As to the selection of broadcasting business operators, 1) The J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”) in which Plaintiff A is the largest shareholder and the representative director.
) The Foundation operating K Radio (hereinafter “K”) is a foundation operating K Radio (hereinafter “K”).
) It constitutes a consortium with others (hereinafter referred to as “L”) by organizing a consortium.
On March 27, 2006, the Korean Broadcasting Commission applied for a recommendation for permission for terrestrial broadcasting business operators in AD regions. On April 28, 2006, L was selected as a corporation subject to its permission recommendation, M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M”).
(2) In the process, J and K agreed to appoint Plaintiff A and N as a temporary co-representative until the representative director is newly appointed through a public invitation on August 29, 2006.
On October 4, 2006, K has continued conflicts, such as the resolution of the board of directors to promote the appointment of a new representative director, and the request for the suspension of the procedure.
3) Meanwhile, at the time, K as its subsidiary, Q Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Q”) operating the Internet media, etc. as its subsidiary.
) A corporation, Inc., which issues R and D (hereinafter referred to as K and its subsidiaries, have an “K side” collectively.
B. (b) On September 12, 2006, Q’s representative director, who was appointed as a temporary joint representative director of M along with the Plaintiff, sent notice that Q Q has leaked domestic information to the U.S. for a long time to the representative director of Q Q, and that he was drafted under the direction of Plaintiff A.
The plaintiff A or the plaintiff A presented relevant documents to the U.S. and requested assistance to disclose them.
2) Furthermore, on October 11, 2006, N explained the executive officers of Q to explain the process of preparing the Plaintiff’s criminal records and related documents related to the leakage of domestic information. 3) The K serves as the U.S. intelligence source.
