Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On October 20, 2019, at around 17:30, the Defendant deposited psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic substances, i.e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., g., e., e., e., e., g., e., e., e., g., e., e., g., e., e., e., g., e., e., e., e.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported the horse from China to Korea.

It is relatively small that the amount of the Defendant's decision was accepted by the Defendant.

In light of the above circumstances, the defendant shall be punished by a fine, and the age and criminal environment of the defendant and the motive of the crime shall be the result of the crime.
