1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 and as a result, from May 30, 2009 to July 8, 2009.

On July 8, 2009, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendants for a loan claim and sentenced on July 8, 2009 to "the defendant jointly and severally to the plaintiff 60,000,000 won and the amount calculated by the rate of 5% per annum from May 30, 2009 to July 8, 2009 and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment". The above judgment becomes final and conclusive on July 24, 2009. The above judgment filed the lawsuit of this case in order to suspend the extinctive prescription of claims based on applicable provisions of law by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
