Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2013, at around 23:12, the Defendant obstructed the legitimate performance of official duties for the prevention of crimes and maintenance of order by using violence, such as throwing away from the patrol vehicle, and throwing away from the police officer’s cellular phone and wallets, on the ground that the police officer did not find his cell phone and wall while carrying away from the patrol vehicle, thereby obstructing the legitimate performance of official duties for the maintenance of order.
