Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Gwangju District Court. On June 7, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 4 million won by the Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), and on May 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won by the same court.
