1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Purport of claim

The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 23,181,00 won with 5% interest per annum from January 14, 2014 to the delivery date of a complaint, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 2. The plaintiff's assertion

The road of this case is a national highway connected to the front-up and the high-speed road with frequent traffic of vehicles.
