Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a civil society organization with 1,500 U.S. beef co-operation, etc. organized a "National Countermeasure Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Countermeasures Council") with a view to organizing a strike against full import of U.S. beef in the U.S., on the grounds that "the phase-out expansion agreement of U.S. beef import concluded with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 is about to cause harm to the people's health, as well as the stroke negotiation."

Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference followed the candlelight assembly against the import of U.S. beef, which was held in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, following the candlelight assembly. From May 6, 2008, the candlelight assembly was held every day on May 24, 2008. From May 24, 2008, the countermeasures conference tried to enter the road zone in the city of the city, such as Sejong-ro, paper, newspaper, etc. after the candlelight assembly was held at the Cheong River square or Seoul square, and then tried to enter the zone with Cheongdaedae, etc. on the following day after the candlelight assembly was held.

On June 27, 2008, 3,500 persons were present from around 19:15 to 20:20, the countermeasures conference proceeded with the ‘clelelightlight assembly against the import of U.S. beef' on the way prior to the door of the Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu's Jungdong.

The number of 3,50 participants in the assembly after the end of the assembly were occupied by the Korean language from 20:20 on the same day to 06:10 on the following day, and the one-way road was occupied by the front of the road, and the one-way road was promoted by creating relief.

On June 29, 2008, from around 00:00 on June 29, 2008 to the time when the Defendants were arrested as flagrant offender at around 01:20 on the same day, the Defendants engaged in demonstration by occupying more than 80 persons who participate in other demonstration along with the roads and carrying out reliefs, and thereby making the passage of vehicles on the road impossible.

As a result, the Defendants participated in the demonstration before sunrise and conspired with 3,50 participants in the demonstration.
