Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2016, the Defendant driven a B beer cruise car while under the influence of alcohol in the middle of the zero point zero-six percent (066%) from the day before the day in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to the day before the 37rd-ro, Seongbuk-ro, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, for about 2.5km.
