1. Basic facts
A. The relevant Plaintiff is an insurer who entered into a fire insurance contract with E with respect to movable property, such as the building of the fourth-story factory (hereinafter “D factory building”) and machinery, in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “D factory building”).
Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is engaged in plastic products manufacturing in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City 3 foot factory (hereinafter “B factory”).

B.
