A. Defendant 1) The Defendant alleged mistake of facts and misapprehension of legal principles acknowledged facts, but asserts that there is no false fact, but no intention of defamation. Even if defamation is recognized, this asserts that illegality is dismissed since it was an act for the public interest as a true fact. 2) The Defendant, who is in charge of the representative of T Stockholders’ delegation, is operating a meeting like U prior to nine years, and is serving for the adjoining neighbors.

In such a process, the Defendant committed the instant act in order to assist C’s soundness.
