Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a taxi of BF Launta individual.

On June 28, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 15:30 on June 28, 2017, and proceeded in the direction of the dry department store in the front of the middle school of 87-ro 203 in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

In such cases, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to drive the crosswalk in such a way that it does not obstruct the passage of the vehicle after checking whether there is any person driving the vehicle, by reducing the speed of the vehicle and by checking well the right and the right of the vehicle, and by paying attention to the safety of children.
