1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,614,210 and the interest rate thereon from October 6, 2016 to the date of full payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (the defendant denies the authenticity of Gap evidence Nos. 1, but according to Gap evidence Nos. 6 and 7-1, the authenticity of Gap evidence Nos. 1 is recognized), the plaintiff supplied ready-mixeds equivalent to the total amount of KRW 93,059,670 to the defendant A corporation between May 22, 2015 and December 9, 2015, and the defendant Eul guaranteed joint and several liability, and the plaintiff was paid KRW 17,445,460 from the defendant A corporation.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the balance of 75,614,210 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 6, 2016 to the date of full payment of the instant payment order.

If so, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified.
