1. The defendant's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the argument in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance shows additional evidence submitted in this court, the fact-finding and judgment in the judgment of the court of first instance are justified.

The reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The defendant's appeal is dismissed on the grounds that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
