Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual special larceny, etc. in the Youngcheon District Court's Young-gu branch on April 12, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 25, 2015.
The reasoning of the judgment shows the evidence duly adopted and examined in the court, and it seems that the criminal record of latter concurrent crimes of Article 39 of the Criminal Code does not give any disadvantage to the defendant's exercise of the right of defense without any disadvantage to the defendant.
The defendant is a holder of B Launa car.
1. On February 19, 2015, the Defendant operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road located in the Southernbuk-si, Seoul.
2. On February 25, 2015, around 09:14, the Defendant operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the road 42.9km at a point 42.9km in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the wife population of Gyeonggi-do.
3. On March 2, 2015, around 03:16, the Defendant operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road near the Cheongan Military and excreta treatment site located in the Bupyeong-gu, Eup, Manan-gun, Manan-gun.
4. On March 3, 2015, at around 12:18, the Defendant operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the road at a point 77.4 km located in the south of the Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun.
5. On March 3, 2015, around 13:09, the Defendant operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the mid-to long-term inland expressway located in the principle of door-to long-gu, Seo-do.
