1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The Plaintiffs, as the newly incorporated shareholders of I Co., Ltd., are the Defendants, on July 8, 2015, as shown in the attached Table of Stock Transfer.

8.3. In a case where each of the shares was sold at par value and sought payment of the purchase price, but in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the Evidence Nos. 2 and 4 (including virtual numbers), Defendant E established Company I on August 8, 2013 and registered the transfer of shares to the Plaintiffs on July 2015, it can be recognized that the transfer of shares was made by demanding the Plaintiffs to transfer the shares to the Defendants, and Defendant G and H also recognized the fact that the shares were held in title trust by Defendant E. As such, the Plaintiffs cannot be deemed to have sold their shares to the Defendants, and thus, the Plaintiffs’ claim is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
